How Do We Get Fit2LEAD?

To help leaders get FIT2LEAD, we have created our team for leaders in the Whole Life Challenge.

What is the Whole Life Challenge?

The Whole Life Challenge is a 6-week lifestyle journey dedicated to improving your health, fitness, and overall well-being – one habit at a time.

How it Works

Each day for the duration of the 6-week challenge, you’ll get points for completing each of the 7 daily habits:

Nutrition

Eat a healthy diet, according to a list of foods you choose.

Exercise

Move every day.

Mobilize

Spend at least 10 minutes doing maintenance on your muscles and joints.

Sleep

Make an improvement to your sleep routine.

Hydrate

Drink 1/3 ounces of water for every pound of body weight.

Well-Being

Do a structured well-being practice of your choice.

Reflect

Finish each daily score with a short reflection or journey entry.

The 7 Daily Habits work together to create an effect in your life that’s hard to overstate – after a few weeks, you’ll feel rested, energetic, present, strong, healthy, and perhaps even happier.
